By implementing ACTive it was possible to start without the scratching of the raw parts. The automatic material recognition allowed the operator to deal with the upgrading and disassembly of the new component during processing. ACTive secured the tool as well as the machine against spindle overload.
With the use of some tools, savings in production times of over 20% could be achieved.
